Visa

1. Once accepted by your target university, you will receive either a conditional or uncondicational offer letter, depending on whether you have already taken the IELTS test
2. Pay the universities fees in order to receive an electronic confirmation of enrolment (eCoE)
3. Prepare your visa application fee (e.g. credit card or a demand draft)
4. Ensure you have all the relevant paperwork detailed here (for Indian students) or in this document (pdf), or th. In brief:
   1. Completed visa application form
   2. eCoE
   3. Visa application fee
   4. Four passport photographs
   5. Evidence of relationships for everyone on the application form (e.g. family or de facto spouse)
   6. Medical and X-ray exams, evidence of booking/receipt of medical and x-ray exams, proof of payment of OSHC (overseas health cover) **
   7. Academic documents
   8. IELTS certificate
   9. Financial documents (evidence of funds to support tuition, health, and living costs)
5. ** The medical requirements can be completed after your visa application has been submitted. Your application package can be submitted through the IDP which will double check that all the required documents are present and in order.
6. Once your visa is approved, submit your passport at the Australian High Commission (e.g. New Delhi), it will be stamped/stickered and couriered back to you.
