sir.. i have encountered the above mention viruses..can the viruses die when we reformat the cp? i mean, reformat everything in the hard drive?

yes

as to the answer for your question, it's a yes. but formatting your hard drive is the last thing to do. all we need to ensure that the traces for such worms or trojans or viruses should be eliminated.
